Surfers Against Sewage had a range of resources about how to take action. This includes information on how to lead a plastic free community and plastic free schools. Their million mile clean campaign has information on how to organise beach and river cleans.
Keep Britain Tidy works with people, businesses, local authorities and government to educate, innovate and inspire. They have an eco-schools programme, and lots of other useful information on their website.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust have a campaign called Team Wilder. Their Wilder Action Map lists lots of different events and work undertaken by community groups and volunteers to improve the local environment of where they live.
