Area Biosecurity Action Plans

To gain stakeholder input into the development of these biosecurity action plans, we split the Solent into three areas and developed a plan for each area. The purpose of these plans is to set our clear, achievable actions that operators and participants can use to help improve biosecurity management in the Solent and minimise the risk of marine invasive spread. In a separate section we have set out national information/research/guidance needs that have been identified by Solent stakeholders to help them to implement local actions. The plans are based on the pathways identified by Solent stakeholders in our Biosecurity Pathway Pages; these pages set the context for these actions.
